What should YOU do after a flood?

What should SERVPRO do for YOU after a flood?

First things first: shut off all of your gas, electrical, and water lines. (If interested, SERVPRO has an Emergency Ready Program which in tales tagging your gas/electric/water lines so you know exactly where they are in case of an emergency).

Next: call your insurance company and file a claim.

Then: have your insurance company/you call us.

While you are waiting on us to come to the job site (which don’t worry it won’t take long because we are faster to any size disaster); you can see if you are able to remove any water by using a wet vacuum and a dehumidifier.

SERVPRO will arrive in the appropriate attire and with the proper gear to examine the extent of the damage.
